BUD LIGHT- are frat boys in charge over there?

This story from the NY Times is unbelievable. Its incredible but the marketing team at AB-InBev actually seems to have come to the conclusion that “no means yes” and then proceeded to roll out a national marketing campaign based on it. Who the hell is in charge over at AB-InBev ? I am beginning to suspect that either a TKE or SAE brother is running the S%&t-show over at InBev.
